CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation, or rescheduled appointment at or within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee. Any no show, cancellation, or rescheduled appointment at or within 12 hours of scheduled appointment incurs 100% fee of service missed.
